Metdis.org
Background

Obesity, diabetes and metabolic medicine

Our Mission

This application provides a curated view of the efficacy and safety of established and emerging drugs in metabolic medicine, with emphasis on obesity and diabetes. The data is freely available, updated daily using AI agents and human evaluation, and allows for meta-analysing the underlying evidence.

The database includes all outcomes reported in publications, abstracts, press-releases and other communications. The underlying data and documents is embedded into knowledge graphs and vector databases, to allow for in-depth analyses and inference. Non-randomized studies are excluded, irrespective of methodology.

This is an academic project. Researchers are welcome to join us to further improve the database.
